Programs

We teach children how to calmly handle conflicts, and if faced with an attack, we provide techniques to safely and effectively control the situation without causing harm — holding their ground until help is available.

We guide your child in using confident communication to discourage bullies, along with practical, non-violent self-defense skills to protect themselves if physically confronted.

Our goal is to equip your child to stand up to bullies while ensuring they remain respectful and never become one themselves.

KIDS 5-7
LITTER WARRIORS

Fun, engaging classes that teach basic Jiu-Jitsu movements, balance, and coordination. Students learn respect, teamwork, and focus while building confidence through age-appropriate drills.

KIDS 8-11 JUNIORS

Skill-building classes that combine self-defense techniques with discipline and sportsmanship. Designed to improve strength, agility, and focus in a supportive, structured environment.

12-14 TEENS

Challenging sessions that refine Jiu-Jitsu skills, improve physical conditioning, and build self-confidence. Students develop leadership, problem-solving, and resilience through training.

15-17 TEENS

Advanced classes focusing on technical precision, strategy, and strength building. Ideal for preparing older teens for adult-level training while reinforcing discipline and respect.

WOMEN'S & GIRLS ONLY JIU-JITSU & SELF-DEFENSE (11 or above)

Led by certified female instructors, this class offers a safe space to build real-world self-defense skills, boost confidence, and grow mentally and physically.

ADULT BEGINNERS JIU-JITSU

Build discipline, focus, and confidence through age-appropriate training in a fun, supportive environment. Our kids’ classes blend skill-building with play and respect.

Are Parents Welcome to Watch?

We welcome and encourage parents to watch their children during martial arts classes. You are also invited to join one of our adult classes and strengthen family bonds together.
If you need to drop them off, that’s fine too — when you return, they’ll be all smiles, excited to share the fun they had.

Our students begin with all different fitness levels, and that’s perfectly fine. You’ll naturally improve your fitness as you train. The goal is a fun, engaging workout that delivers real results!

Wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows you to move freely, and bring a water bottle. Our classes for kids and adults offer a great workout and plenty of fun.

A key focus of our kids’ martial arts programs is teaching respect and helping students understand when it’s appropriate to use self-defense — and when it’s not. Through training, children gain the confidence to stand up to bullies while also developing humility and kindness toward others.
